This air fryer buffalo wings recipe is amazing! Crispy, hot, and spicy, they’re perfect for game day, as a party appetizer, or any other special occasion.
You can make these easily in the air fryer and it only takes 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
Chicken wings
Lawry’s seasoning salt
Black pepper
For the sauce:
1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 tsp Cayenne Powder
1 tsp Chill Flakes
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1-2 sticks of Butter
Tools used
Air Fryer
Saucepan
(Glass) bowl
Directions:
1. Wash chicken wings, dry, and put in a bowl.
2. Season with seasoning salt and black pepper, tossing and turning as you go. Use some kitchen tongs to make the job easier and mess free.
For the sauce:
3. Melt the butter in the saucepan on medium heat.
4. Add hot sauce, chili flakes, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, and stir. Turn off heat.
5. Add chicken wings to the air fryer basket, turn the temperature to 350 degrees, and set the timer on 20 minutes. Press start.
6. When finished, transfer the chicken wings from the air fryer basket to some paper towel or napkins. Use a pair of tongs to coat the chicken wings in the sauce and transfer them to a plate.
